Move for health
Move for health is an initiative by the CSP that encourages people improve their health and well being by increasing their level of physical activity with regular exercise.
Is move for health for me?
By doing 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week (1 hour for children) can help, prevent or manage up to 20 medical conditions including back pain, osteoarthritis, heart disease and type II diabetes.
